Predominantly focused on sales management throughout her career, Jelena has consistently delivered best-in-class growth solutions across diverse portfolios, while also playing a significant role in trade marketing and business development. In recent years, Jelena’s professional journey has evolved into Strategy and Operations, marked by a compelling collaboration with XTEL to empower Nelt Group’s Accelerate 2025 strategy. With over a decade of experience in the FMCG sector, Darko has honed his expertise primarily in the beverage sector within both multinational and local environments. Commencing his journey at CCHBC, Darko traversed through various roles encompassing Sales, Route to Market, and Commercial services. In his most recent endeavour, Darko has spent the last two years leading the distribution excellence team at a group level within Nelt, focusing on sales analysis, pricing and promotion, commercial policy, and route-to-market strategies.
Marco Passera
Marco Passera is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development. With a strong track record of driving revenue growth and implementing successful digital transformation strategies, Marco has demonstrated his ability to deliver results across various industries and international markets.
Marco is currently a XTEL Sales Director, guiding EMEA CPG companies in their RGM journey. Thinking strategically, he approaches each business with a broad perspective using different lenses (profit, process, people, and technology) enriched by an international view gained during many different experiences abroad.
